At Mew Mews, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Mew Mews tags are attached to prevent any processing delays.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is fully processed.
